The first round results of the road to the White House 08’ are in and Hillary Clinton is the apparent winner…or is she? Hillary Clinton posted a total of $36 million for the first quarter, far beyond what any of the other candidates from either party have been able to raise. She has set all kinds of records and many pundits have openly declared her the first quarter winner, at least as far as the war chest is concerned. We have to go beyond the face value of $36 million however, to properly evaluate these results.
