Kenyan politicians: Most trusted group by public?

My cognizant abilities must be failing me. And my sight! I just read an article in jana's Saturday Nation that "Kenyans trust politicians to bring about change and improve their lives even as they condemn excesses perpetrated by the political class, a new survey has found out." Pengine I am drunk, or high on something, but this does not make sense to me.
