Kenya's relative stability over the last two months lies in the hands of Kenya's political class.

Yesterday's Cabinet gridlock resulted in riots and civil unrest in parts of the country. Until the National Accord and Reconciliation Act is fully implemented Kenya is once again destined for uncertain times.
